Evaluasi Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif Antibiotik pada Pasien DM Tipe Dua dengan Luka Gangren di Rumah Sakit Gunung Jati Cirebon

Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit yang sering di jumpai di masyarakat khususnya pada orang tua yang memiliki usia lanjut, diabetes mellitus merupakn penyakit yang di sebabkan oleh gangguan metabolisme tubuh antara lain karbohidrat protein dan lemak tipe diabetes mellitus terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu tipe satu dan tipe dua, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola pemberian antibiotik secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif pada pasien ulkus diabetik tipe dua yang terdapat luka ulkus dan gangren di rumah sakit Gunung Jati Cirebon. Hasil dari penelitian ini di harapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif pada bidang ilmu pengetahuan mengenai gambaran penggunan antibiotik pada pasien yang mengidap diabetes melitus yang mempunyai luka ulkus diabetik dan gangren. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian noneksperimental dengan metode rendem sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa konsumsi antibiotik pada RSUD Gunung Jati kota Cirebon menunjukan pemakaian yang cukup tinggi yakni sebesar (68,9 DDD / 100 hari rawat), hasil ini sudah tergolong cukup baik, dari pengujian allur Gyssens di peroleh 11 kriteria (IIB), 1 kriteria (IVA), (IV) dan (IVB), serta 16 pasien masuk dalam kriteria (IVD).
